Upon delivery of the goods at any of our branches for further shipment, the customer should have the following documents:

If the sender or recipient of an individual: 

- Consignment note; 

- Receipt; 

- Copies of certificates (to the load, subject to compulsory certification). 

If the sender or recipient of legal entity: 

- Consignment note with the original stamps; 

- Invoice indicating the country of origin of the goods and, in the case of foreign goods, Room CCD (State Customs Declaration); 

- A copy of the certificates (the cargo subject to compulsory certification). 

Requirements for availability of these documents relate to audits of documentation for the cargo traffic police on en route. 

Accompanying documents are transmitted to the recipient of the goods at destination.
